We are looking for an experienced, motivated and ambitious medical device sales professional to manage and develop a territory across the Midlands. The role & the company Our client is well-established, with a strong reputation in the market and an extensive portfolio of high-quality, high-value products. Due to an internal promotion, they are now looking for a dynamic, results-driven individual to take over this established territory and develop it further. What they offer: This is a sales-led business which believes in rewarding and developing its people. As a result, they offer An excellent basic salary (£64k+), plus a competitive commission scheme, making this a very attractive overall package. Exciting prospects to progress down the product specialist route, bringing the opportunity for another significant salary enhancement. What they are looking for: A solid background in medical device sales, ideally with experience in a theatre environment. A clear history of achieving targets, building long-term relationships and growing key accounts. The ability and discipline to work autonomously and plan strategically, in order to maximise the territory. A knowledge of ENT or neurosurgical products is beneficial, but not essential and experience of representing a broad portfolio would also be advantageous.
