- Contract Renewals: Review current contract renewals and provide clients with renewals well in advance of when they fall due.
- Networking & Market Research: Find and qualify potential clients.
- Client Requirements: Understand client requirements to life cycle assets.
- Additional Services: Pitch additional services in line with our approved scope of service (PPM, QW and PW), and seek opportunities on other sites/buildings that the client may own/manage.
- Survey & Design: Prepare scope/quote documents and costings as necessary.
- Delivery: Deliver works to the required industry standard once quotes have been approved.
- Sign Off: Hand over all works to the client in line with business processes.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with facility managers, developers, main contractors, equipment distributors, and the like.
- Strategy & Market Planning: Develop strategic sales and growth plans tailored to regional or sector-specific markets.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical/product presentations/proposals and lead contract negotiations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as the operational service desk, management, and technical/contract managers to align strategies.
