We are looking for an experienced M&E Project Engineer to join our team based in Baildon, West Yorkshire. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong electrical bias, who is equally comfortable overseeing the full lifecycle of M&E project delivery.
We operate a lead engineer model, meaning you’ll take ownership of your projects from start to finish, including:
- Reviewing and re-evaluating projects against initial estimates prior to commencement
- Procuring materials and managing buying processes
- Developing and maintaining project programmes
- Overseeing site delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Managing health & safety compliance
- Preparing valuations and managing variations, including pricing
- Driving projects through to final account and handover
At times, you may also support the estimating function during busy periods, so a commercial awareness and willingness to step in where needed is important.

- Strong electrical background with a solid understanding of full M&E delivery
- Proven experience managing projects end-to-end
- Commercially aware, with confidence in valuations and variations
