Oversee and facilitate water hygiene and treatment maintenance, ensuring all service and repair activities adhere to Marsh’s standards, comply with the current L.C.A guidelines, and meet all pertinent legislation.
Location: Croydon & South London
Salary: Competitive (Depending on experience)
Hours: 41.25 per week and opportunity to work overtime.

Responsibilities:
- Water Sampling
- Temperature Checks
- TMV Inspection and Servicing
- Shower cleans and disinfections
- Tank inspections and cleans
- Service and replacement of water softeners and filters
- To regularly and effectively communicate with clients, suppliers and other Marsh personnel in order to maintain and develop excellent professional working relationships and ensure smooth operation of the business.
- The job holder will be expected to organise their work and time efficiently, and to work supportively within a team.
- Attend to emergency disinfections during normal working hours and outside of normal working hours where necessary.
- Punctual site attendance, wearing relevant PPE and clothing issued.
- Submitting clear, concise and accurate reports of works carried out, with clear recommendations for any further work required.
- Submitting weekly accurate timesheets.
- Communicating with Contracts Managers on job progression.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Experience:
- Commercial cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- Water cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- Plumbing Qualification or apprenticeship (desirable)
- Knowledge of water treatment and water hygiene
- Knowledge of Legionella
- Knowledge of commercial plumbing
- Knowledge of building services
- Valid driving licence
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated.
- The ability to work on your own or as part of a team and make calculated assessments of breakdowns.
