About the Role

As a HR Business Partner at Mecsia Group you will work with the Chief People Officer and the wider Executive team to strengthen our culture and support our growth. This is a great role for a generalist HR Business Partner who is comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and building strong relationships with the various Managing Directors and Senior Leadership Teams across our multiple businesses.

Key Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience in FM, retail, engineering, property management, outsourcing, B2B or automotive industries
  • Experience in a national remote‑based role

Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 7 (desirable) or demonstrative experience
  • MCIPD
