It ensures optimum energy efficiency for every property portfolio it manages and provides compliant, safe and efficient workplaces using advanced technology and data.

Mobile multi-skilled Building Services Engineer (Mechanical) with either electrical or mechanical (HVAC) qualification to a recognised level (City & Guilds).

Responsibilities include:
  • Undertaking scheduled planned maintenance and reactive requirements in and around assigned sites.
  • Highlighting repair needs and submitting & undertaking quotations for remedial work.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance within assigned buildings by the required attendance dates.
  • Update legal compliance documentation via a tablet to a high standard.
  • Provide job/quote updates to satisfy the internal CAFM system which provides live updates to clients.
  • Manage time, workload and communicate with the lead engineer frequently.
  • Participate in a call‑out rota after successful probation (currently 1/8 weeks).
  • Work a reasonable amount of overtime where necessary to satisfy contracts that can only be serviced OOH.
Location: London
Hours of Work: Full‑time hours with overtime available.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience performing work with HVAC plant & equipment.
  • Experience in general building services industry and relevant qualifications (e.g., emergency light testing, L8 awareness, plumbing repairs).
  • Recognised qualification in at least one maintenance/engineering discipline.
  • Ability to carry out repairs/replacement of plant, fixtures and fittings as required.
  • Ability to organise various housekeeping tasks and arrangements.
  • Good communication and basic understanding of IT.
  • Willingness to work overtime regularly to satisfy contracts.
  • Full UK driving licence.
