Skills Required

- Proven track record of managing account P&L for multiple contracts.

- Demonstrate consistent excellent standards of due diligence.
- Adaptable to a variety of works and contract demands.
- Adept at providing solutions to client needs and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Industry or HVAC experience & qualifications – advantage.
- Able to prioritise and multi-task to a high level while meeting strict deadlines.
- Support all projects, service and maintenance matters for required clients.
Job Duties
- Ensure assigned contracts meet the existing/needed operational and technical standard of service delivery across all works on site.
- Ensure safe delivery of all works on site, adhering to H&S protocols, escalating queries or incidents promptly.
- Operate contracts in accordance with company procedures, operational and financial processes, client contract KPIs and work instructions.
- Manage and report budget and expenditure.
- Maintain up-to-date records and compliance data on site and in the back office to required standards.
- Operate within financial budget constraints, providing cost-effective services.
- Overall responsibility for process and site conduct on contracts, escalating issues to Department Management.
- Develop operating procedures and policies to achieve best practices.
- Meet all key performance and management indicators within the contract and company.
- Develop client relationships to ensure contract retention and future opportunities.
- Provide detailed quotes on contract plant/services with full scope and cost breakdown.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections on a predetermined amount of all works delivered and record them.
- Review weekly core Company CAFM reports and ensure they remain within expected parameters.
- Attend monthly contract review meetings and produce reports for review with Head of Dept./Contract Managers.
- Provide technical and admin support to the client and Artic support staff.
