Gas Mobile Maintenance Engineer -Edinburgh

Position: Gas Mobile Maintenance Engineer

Location: Edinburgh (mobile)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• General Gas and HVAC plant maintenance
• Maintenance / repairs of general gas kit, unvented hot water cylinders, including mechanical & plumbing on site.
• Health and safety awareness.
• Maintain on site log books, permits & site paperwork ensuring they are completed and up to date.
• Work as part of a mobile team, with flexibility, strong teamwork skills and a client focused approach.
• Callout rota on a rotating cycle (roughly 1 in 8 weeks).

Skills & Qualifications Required

• Knowledge of gas systems/plant and over 5 years’ experience in similar Gas/Plumbing / HVAC/ Maintenance Engineer role.
• Knowledge and experience of all Gas plant including, but not limited to Commercial gas boilers/water heaters, unvented hot water heaters, plumbing & pipework systems, expansion vessels, pumps etc.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3
