Position type: Full‑time, on‑site.

Salary: Dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities; generate leads and prepare proposals.
  • Maintain and expand existing client relationships, conducting client meetings and site visits.
  • Negotiate contracts in line with quality and professionalism standards.
  • Collaborate with service and sales teams to meet client needs.
  • Contribute to sales growth and achievement of targets.
Qualifications
  • Strong sales and business development skills with experience in lead generation, client relationship management and contract negotiation.
  • Knowledge of the gas, air conditioning or building services industry; experience in maintenance and installation services preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity for market research, strategic planning and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Business, Marketing or related degree desirable.
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
