About The Role

Due to growth and expansion of the business, we are seeking a skilled and proactive Drainage Engineer to join our operational team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing and maintaining drainage systems while delivering an excellent customer experience. This role involves both reactive and planned maintenance work, requiring technical expertise, problem‑solving ability and a safety‑first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out a range of drainage works including CCTV drainage inspections, high‑pressure water jetting, drain unblocking and cleaning.
  • Diagnose drainage faults and recommend solutions.
  • Produce accurate reports, job sheets and CCTV survey footage using company systems.
  • Operate vehicles, machinery and equipment safely and in line with training and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service on‑site, ensuring clients are kept informed and reassured throughout works.
  • Respond to emergency callouts as part of the team rota.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
