Mobile Electrical Engineer Job Description

Mobile Electrical Engineer, electrically qualified with a good understanding of HVAC. Carrying out scheduled Planned Maintenance and reactive requirements in and around your assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial offices, shops and leisure outlets, warehouses.
  • You will be required to respond to emergency call outs and reactive jobs, ensuring that all SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators) are met.

Location Dartford
Hours of Work This Monday to Friday- Mobile Engineers are contracted to 42.5 hours per week with overtime starting after 47.5 hours.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in General Building services
  • Industry relevant qualifications
  • Electrically qualified City and Guilds level 3
  • Recognised qualification in at least one Maintenance/ Engineering discipline
  • To carry out installation of plant, fixtures and fittings as required
  • To carry out servicing and repairs of onsite plant, fixtures, and fittings
  • To organise various housekeeping tasks and arrangements

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Training in Legionella Awareness & Emergency Lighting Regulations
  • City & Guilds / Plumbing / AC servicing / Gas 18th Addition
  • 2391 test and inspection.
