Overview @mecscomms is recruiting for an experienced contract Network Access Control (NAC) Deployment Engineer with proven Forescout implementation experience to support a large‑scale enterprise network security transformation programme.

Working within a complex enterprise environment, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring & integrating the Forescout platform to improve network visibility, endpoint security & dynamic network segmentation across wired, wireless & remote infrastructure.

This is an excellent opportunity for a specialist engineer with strong Network Access Control, enterprise networking & security integration experience to join a major transformation programme delivering Zero Trust & enterprise security initiatives.

Deliver the successful implementation, configuration & integration of the Forescout Network Access Control platform, ensuring secure endpoint authentication, policy enforcement, device visibility & network segmentation across enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure & optimise the Forescout platform
  • Implement Eye Sight, eye Inspect, eye Control & eye Extend capabilities
  • Configure endpoint authentication using 802.1X, RADIUS & MAB
  • Deliver dynamic network segmentation & Zero Trust security policies
  • Integrate Forescout with enterprise network infrastructure
  • Work closely with Network, Security & Infrastructure teams throughout deployment
  • Troubleshoot authentication, connectivity & policy enforcement issues
  • Develop automation scripts & API integrations where appropriate
  • Support Linux‑based Forescout appliances & VMware‑hosted environments
  • Create technical documentation, implementation guides & operational procedures
  • Ensure all deployments meet security, compliance & operational standards
