We are seeking a reliable and motivated Fire Extinguisher Engineer to join our growing team. The role involves servicing and maintaining fire extinguishers within commercial properties across Guildford, ensuring full compliance with current fire safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, service, and maintain fire extinguishers in commercial premises
- Check pressure levels, extinguisher weights, and correct placement
- Ensure all equipment meets relevant British Standards and regulations
- Accurately complete service reports and documentation
- Travel to customer sites using a company-provided van
- Attend the head office in Rogate 2-3 times per week
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Fire Extinguisher Engineer is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided
- Must live within 10 miles of Guildford due to travel requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and professionally on client sites
