We\’re looking for a Mobile Multi-skilled Engineer to join a highly regarded building services team, delivering exceptional maintenance solutions across commercial sites in the education and healthcare sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a mobile role, enjoys variety in their work, and values being part of a supportive and skilled team. About the Role: Provide planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial properties. Work on mechanical and electrical systems, including plantroom equipment. Operate independently and collaboratively within a multi-skilled service team. Travel across the North West and Midlands, with occasional overnight stays (pre-arranged and fully expensed). What We\’re Looking For: Minimum 3 years\’ experience in commercial mechanical and electrical building services. ACS Gas qualified and Gas Safe registered. Full UK driving licence essential. NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent). 18th Edition / NICEIC qualifications preferred. F-Gas and LPG certifications desirable. Ability to read and interpret building services drawings.
