As a Projects Director, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring every installation meets our client's standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
You will manage a team of Project Managers and Engineers while also helping shape the strategic direction and commercial growth of the business. With a strong mechanical engineering background, you'll bring proven experience delivering steam, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems for industrial and manufacturing clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers delivering complex mechanical and climate system projects across industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery from design through to installation, commissioning, and handover, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability targets are achieved.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet technical, environmental, and operational requirements.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and build long-term client relationships.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning for the project delivery function.
