Talentmark are recruiting for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join a building services contractor located in Alfreton on a permanent basis. This is an on site job 5 days a week. Salary £50,000 – 60,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating detailed design drawings using CAD software for mechanical systems and components.
  • Perform assessments and modifications to improve existing designs and troubleshoot issues.
  • Ensure designs meet industry standards and client specifications.

Requirements:

  • Degree, HNC or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or similar.
  • Mechanical design experience within the building services sector including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, etc.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Experience in design engineering.
