Job Role: Project Management of commercial mechanical and/or electrical refit, installation, and refurbishment projects of minimum £100k value covering:
- HVAC and heat recovery installation
- Plumbing and above ground drainage
- LV Distribution
- Electrical and power installations
- Lighting
- Containment
All Applicants must have the following:
- HNC or HND in Building Services
- A full UK driving licence
- Proven experience in commercial Mechanical and/or electrical projects and project management (minimum £100K project value)
- Experience managing subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams
- Awareness of estimating, purchasing, technical, and commercial processes
- Bradford area.
