Mech Tech Professionals have full time opportunities available for competent Production Technicians / Panel Wirers to work in Poynton, Cheshire East. Our client, a prestigious Electronics Manufacturer, require competent professionals to start immediately or upon availability. Full-Time | Permanent | 37 hrs/week over 4.5 days on site Key Responsibilities: * Creation, routing and securing of multi cable/wire harnesses and looms * The termination of various connector types β Multi-pin, 68999, RF, data, power and single wires, crimped and soldered * Panel Wiring β Complex cabinet/rack/box wiring using 22awg β 10awg cable/wire across Power, Data and RF functionalities * Development of first off units and cabling Requirements: * A minimum of 3 yearsβ experience in cabinet/rack/box wiring * IPC J-STD Certified would be advantageous (Not essential) * Prototype wiring experience (preferred) or time-served apprenticeship in electrical or electronic assembly. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and wiring diagrams Note: The ability to achieve UK security clearance is required for this role
