Job Type: Full-time, Permanent The Role Our client a well-established manufacturing company are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead transport, despatch and goods receiving operations. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will manage a small team and be responsible for the safe, efficient and accurate movement of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities * Lead, manage and develop the logistics team. * Coordinate daily transport, despatch and goods receiving activities. * Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counting and stock control. * Plan outbound loads and manage third-party hauliers. * Monitor deliveries and resolve operational issues. * Work closely with Production, Planning, Customer Service and Quality. * Ensure high standards of health, safety and compliance. * Drive continuous improvement across warehouse and logistics operations. About You * Proven experience as a Logistics, Warehouse or Transport Manager within a regulated environment. * Strong people management and leadership skills. * Experience in a manufacturing environment. * Good knowledge of inventory and stock control. * Confident using ERP/WMS systems and Excel. * Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. * High standards of safety and quality.
