An excellent opportunity for a Deputy Operations Manager / Operations Supervisor to join a leading Energy from Waste (EfW) / Power Generation facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deputise for Operations Manager / Plant Manager
- Senior Authorised Person (SAP) duties up to 33kV (HV / LV / Mechanical)
- Oversee day-to-day plant operations, safety and compliance
- Manage outages, incidents, audits, and continuous improvement
- Lead operations teams and manage contractors
- Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental permits, and permit-to-work systems
The Successful Candidate:
- SAP / HV Authorised Person / Senior Authorised Person experience essential
- HNC / HND / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Power)
- Experience in Energy from Waste, Power Station, CHP, Biomass, Waste Management or Heavy Process Plant
- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
