This role supports the coordination of works from receipt through to completion, ensuring jobs are accurately set up, tracked, and delivered efficiently within a fast-paced contracts environment.
What you will be doing:
- Raising purchase orders for materials, plant, and subcontractors across Cardiff-based contracts
- Supporting planning and scheduling of works, ensuring all job details are accurately recorded
- Recording job progress, updates, and completion details on CRM and job costing systems
- Assisting with job setup and ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant
- Handling customer communication via telephone and email, maintaining a professional and responsive approach
Experience required:
- Proven track record in an administrative role within construction, building services, or asbestos environments
- Strong experience using CRM systems and job costing platforms
- Highly numerate with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident telephone manner with experience handling customer interactions
- Strong IT skills
- Full UK driving licence
Package:
- £28,000 - £31,000 depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:00 or 9:00-17:00 (flexible)
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
