Sales Administrator – Caerphilly - Permanent, full-time position An established and growing industrial supplies business is looking for a Sales Administrator with excellent customer service experience to join its growing administration and customer service team. FYI – this role will require some initial requirement to work in Cardiff – so own transport will be essential What’s on offer? * £28,000 per annum * 40 hours per week, typically 8am – 4pm * Pension and standard benefits * Friendly and supportive working environment * Caerphilly The role * Processing quotes and customer orders from start to finish * Handling customer enquiries by phone and email * Checking pricing, stock and delivery availability * Liaising with stores, drivers and purchasing to keep orders moving * Chasing outstanding quotes and orders * Carrying out general office administration Essential Applicant requirements * Very good previous experience customer service, sales administration, or sales order processing ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment * Comfortable using ERP, stock or order-processing systems * Reliable, proactive and a strong team player * Experience with Pegasus Opera, Sage 200, Kerridge K8 or similar would be an advantage. * Own Transport with a willingness to carry out some initial work in the Cardiff area * Caerphilly Superb opportunity in an award-winning company that would appeal to an organised sales administrator with own transport and excellent administration and customer service experience looking to take the next stage in their career in a progressive, friendly and supportive working environment.
