Mech Electrics are proud to be representing a highly respected engineering and construction business as they continue to expand their Pre-Construction team. This is not a role for someone who simply reviews drawings or prices tenders. We are looking for an experienced Mechanical or Electrical professional from a Building Services / MEP contracting background who understands how technically complex projects are delivered and is ready to influence them long before work starts on site.
You will already appreciate the importance of mechanical and electrical installations within the built environment. This opportunity allows you to broaden that responsibility by coordinating the wider construction process, working alongside Design, Commercial, Manufacturing and Operational teams to ensure projects are commercially robust, technically sound and fully buildable before mobilisation.
Our client delivers complex projects directly for end-user clients, often taking responsibility for the complete construction package, including the building envelope, MEP services and bespoke off-site manufactured solutions produced within their own manufacturing facility.
If you have progressed through Project Management, Design, Technical Delivery or Operational Management and enjoy solving problems, working collaboratively and influencing project success from the outset, this role may be for you.
