They have a great reputation for delivering building services projects across many sectors, including residential, healthcare, educational etc. With a robust portfolio of projects and having recently secured further work in Yorkshire, they are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to join their operational team.\\nJob Description:\\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Project Manager to join our clients' team to work on projects across Yorkshire.

This presents an exceptional opportunity for a professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering (building services) to broaden their experience on a variety of projects for a company with a great reputation.\\nKey Responsibilities:\\nLead and manage mechanical engineering activities across new-build and refurb projects.\\nCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project milestones are met within budget and on schedule.\\nOversee the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.\\nDevelop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.\\nLiaise with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.\\nConduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.\\nPrepare and present technical reports, documentation, and project updates to senior management.\\nIdentify and mitigate potential project risks and implement contingency plans as necessary.\\nQualifications and Experience:\\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field or relevant qualification.\\nProven experience in managing large-scale mechanical engineering projects.\\nPrevious experience working with Tier 1 construction companies is desirable.\\nStrong knowledge of mechanical systems design, installation, and commissioning.\\nExcellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.\\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.\\nProficiency in project management software and tools.\\nStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.\\nBenefits:\\nCompetitive salary.\\nComprehensive company benefits package.\\nCar allowance.\\nOpportunities for professional development and career advancement.\\nEngaging and supportive work environment.\\nRealistic opportunity for career progression\\nSupportive team on site
