The Opportunity
They are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager (Building Services) to lead a mechanical installation & upgrade (£15 million M&E) at a hospital incorporating de-steaming, heat pumps, boiler house replacement etc. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where your expertise will directly contribute to impactful, environmentally-conscious energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the mechanical project from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and performance of mechanical systems across the project.

- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to ensure quality standards and compliance.

About You
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building services or the renewable energy sector.
- Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and building services. Some electrical awareness is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Commercially astute with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports effectively.
