This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the tendering and estimation process for mechanical contracting projects across a range of sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems, project estimation, and cost management, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver accurate and competitive costings. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of Estimates: Review project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare detailed and accurate mechanical estimates for a variety of building services projects, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and pipefitting.
