Mech Electrics are recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's most established MEP contractors, delivering major residential, commercial and mixed-use developments across the North West and wider UK. Due to continued project wins, our client is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join its delivery team and oversee mechanical building services packages from design coordination through to project completion. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale developments whilst joining a business recognised for technical excellence, staff retention and long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical building services packages on construction projects
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Work alongside commercial and design teams
- Manage programme milestones and delivery targets
- Attend client and contractor meetings
- Drive quality, safety and project performance
- Support commissioning and project handover
Requirements
- Mechanical Project Manager experience
- Building Services or MEP contracting background
- Residential, commercial or mixed-use project experience
- Strong understanding of mechanical installations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- SMSTS preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence
