We’re currently looking for 2 experienced Mechanical Site Supervisors to join a major new-build residential project in Leeds city centre. Our client is a Tier 1 M&E contractor with 75+ years’ industry experience, delivering major mechanical and electrical projects across the UK.
The Role:
- Position: Mechanical Site Supervisor
- Rate: £270–£290 per day
- Duration: 12 months
- Start: Immediate
- Interview: Required
- Location: Leeds city centre
- Project: Major new-build development comprising 600+ apartments
Responsibilities:
- Supervising mechanical subcontractors and site activities
- Monitoring progress and ensuring works are delivered to programme
- Managing QA processes and quality standards
- Maintaining and managing H&S documentation
- Coordinating with the wider site team and other trades
- Supporting the successful delivery of the mechanical package
What we’re looking for:
- Must have experience as a Mechanical Site Supervisor - any experience working on large-scale residential projects is desirable but not essential.
- Candidates should have strong knowledge of mechanical building services, be confident managing subcontractors and have a good understanding of QA, H&S and site documentation.
