Cellar Cooling Engineer Coventry / Leicester | Facilities Management Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Company van, fuel card and overtime opportunities The Role We are looking for an experienced Cellar Cooling Engineer to support a major pub and hospitality facilities management contract across the Coventry and Leicester area. This is a field-based role involving planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault-finding and repairs to cellar cooling and associated refrigeration equipment across a portfolio of busy pub sites. We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused engineer who can work independently, manage their own workload and deliver excellent service while minimising disruption to trading sites. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned maintenance, servicing and repairs to cellar cooling systems. * Diagnose faults and undertake reactive maintenance and breakdown repairs. * Ensure equipment operates safely, efficiently and reliably. * Complete job sheets and maintenance records accurately. * Liaise professionally with pub managers, clients and the contract management team. * Work in accordance with health and safety requirements and contractual SLAs. Requirements * Previous experience as a Cellar Cooling Engineer, Refrigeration Engineer or similar. * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. * Commercial refrigeration or hospitality sector experience advantageous. * Relevant refrigeration qualifications and valid F-Gas certification. * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites. * A professional, self-motivated approach with good customer service skills.
