We are working with a well-established M&E contractor with multiple UK offices. Their North West office has experienced significant growth, with a strong pipeline of secured and upcoming projects across the region. They deliver a range of new-build and refurbishment projects, with a particularly strong presence within the healthcare and hospital sectors. As the business continues to take on projects as Principal Contractor, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager with a construction, civils and/or M&E background to complement their existing expertise. The Role You will take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, subcontractors, consultants and internal M&E teams. Key responsibilities will include: * Managing projects to ensure they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality. * Coordinating construction, civils and M&E works and managing subcontractors. * Acting as a key point of contact for clients and other project stakeholders. * Monitoring programmes, progress and project risks. * Leading project meetings and resolving issues as they arise. * Ensuring project documentation, RAMS and health & safety requirements are maintained. * Supporting commercial management, including BOQs, measurements, variations and costs. * Working closely with site and commercial teams through to successful completion and handover. About You We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong understanding of construction project delivery. Ideally, you will have: * Previous experience as a Project Manager, Senior Site Manager or similar. * Construction, civils and/or M&E experience. * Experience delivering new-build and/or refurbishment projects. * Strong subcontractor, programme and stakeholder management skills. * Excellent communication and client-facing abilities. * Good commercial awareness, including BOQs, measurements and variations. * Experience within healthcare, hospitals or other complex/live environments would be advantageous. * Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
