We are seeking an organised and proactive Commercial Administrator to join one of the UK’s leading renewable energy contractors. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the commercial and operational teams, ensuring commercial processes are managed efficiently within a busy and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing payment notices accurately and within required timescales
  • Understanding and assisting with Applications for Payment
  • Handling contract variations and maintaining accurate records
  • Liaising effectively with site teams and internal departments
  • Providing administrative and clerical support to the commercial team
  • Managing documentation and maintaining organised filing systems
  • Supporting multiple projects and prioritising workload efficiently

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a commercial administration or similar administrative role
