Responsibilities
- Greet, serve, and support customers so every visit feels special.
- Keep queues moving, tables clear, and the venue tidy; reset quickly between sessions.
- Help customers understand how games work and keep energy high around the venue.
- Follow health & safety, food hygiene, licensing and gambling procedures; challenge age‑restricted behaviour and report incidents promptly.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues and jump in where needed—Front of house, floor, Food & Beverage, cleaning—to ensure service flows smoothly.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer‑first attitude with great people skills; friendly, upbeat, and helpful.
- Pace and focus in a busy environment; organised with good attention to detail.
- Team‑player energy with clear communication and willingness to learn on shift.
- Previous customer‑service experience in hospitality, retail or leisure helpful but not essential; full training provided.
