As a Mecca Team Lead, you’ll be at the heart of creating unforgettable experiences for our customers. You’ll lead from the front, supporting and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service and ensuring every customer has a fantastic experience. From managing shifts to building strong relationships with your colleagues, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and energetic environment.
