What you’ll do:
- Welcoming and supporting customers on the floor, ensuring a friendly, enthusiastic atmosphere from the first visit to the last spin.
- Assisting customers with gaming machines, troubleshooting basic issues, and promoting responsible play.
- Serving snacks and drinks, keeping the venue clean and safe, and managing busy periods in line with standards.
- Following health & safety, licensing and safer gambling procedures and challenging inappropriate behaviour when necessary.
- Collaborating with your floor team to deliver a high‑quality, consistent experience.
About you:
- Customer‑first attitude with great people skills, friendly, upbeat, and helpful.
- Team‑player energy with clear communication and a willingness to learn on the shift.
- Previous hospitality, retail, leisure or similar experience is helpful but not essential – full training is provided.
Key requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Commitment to a safe, inclusive working environment.
