Responsibilities

  • As a Team Member, you’ll be the friendly face on the floor—welcoming customers, supporting play on our machines, serving snacks and drinks, and helping create a great atmosphere from first visit to last spin.
  • Welcome, support and engage customers so every visit feels enjoyable and seamless.
  • Keep the venue clean, safe and well‑presented; manage busy periods and ensure standards are kept at all times.
  • Help customers get started on gaming machines, troubleshoot basic issues and promote responsible play.
  • Follow all health & safety, licensing, and safer gambling procedures; confidently engage with customers and challenge where necessary.
  • Work together with the floor team to deliver a consistent, high‑quality experience.
  • Follow clear standards and resolve or escalate issues where needed.
  • Operate during extended venue opening hours and work night shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

  • Customer first attitude with great people skills; friendly, upbeat, and helpful.
  • Team player energy, clear communication and willingness to learn on shift.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, retail, leisure or a similar environment is helpful but not essential; full training provided.
