We are looking for a Content Creator who lives and breathes social, knows what stops the scroll, and can turn ideas into content that gets people talking. This is a rolling 6‑month fixed‑term contract where you’ll work closely with our marketing, social, and venue teams to bring ideas to life—while keeping everything true to the Mecca brand.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating engaging, thumb‑stopping content across Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms
- Training and inspiring venue teams to produce engaging, impactful social content for their venue channels
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to turn ideas into high‑impact content
- Understanding industry regulations, keeping on top of regulatory changes and adapting ideas to ensure they remain fully compliant
- Supporting both venue‑led and digital campaigns with creative storytelling
- Ensuring all content aligns with Mecca brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity
- Spotting trends early and translating them into relevant, on‑brand content
- Managing content from concept through to delivery—fast, reactive, and always engaging
- Using data and performance insights (engagement, reach, conversions) to shape content decisions, optimise output, and continuously improve results
