What you’ll be responsible for:
- Owning and evolving Mecca’s marketing performance framework, including KPIs, dashboards and ROI tracking
- Translating complex data and insight into clear, compelling narratives that inform senior decision making
- Embedding a test and learn approach to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Leading PR and social media strategy to deliver both brand impact and measurable value
- Ensuring insight-led strategies are practical and actionable for venue teams
- Leading and developing a multi-disciplinary team across insight, data, PR and social
