Duties and Responsibilities
- Guest experience: Welcome, support and engage customers so every visit feels enjoyable and seamless.
- Service delivery: Keep the venue clean, safe and well‑presented; manage busy periods and ensure standards are kept at all times.
- Machine support: Help customers get started on gaming machines, troubleshoot basic issues and promote responsible play.
- Safety & compliance: Follow all health & safety, licensing and safer gambling procedures; confidently engage with customers and challenge where necessary.
- One‑team mindset: Work together across the floor to deliver a consistent, high‑quality experience.
- Flexible working hours: Night shifts, including weekends, as required by the venue’s extended opening hours.
Qualifications
- Customer‑first attitude with great people skills; friendly, upbeat and helpful.
- Team player energy—clear communication and willingness to learn on shift.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, leisure or a similar environment is helpful but not essential; full training provided.
