Are you ready to take your leadership career to the next level and join Australia’s leading prestige beauty retailer? We are looking for a passionate Operations Manager to help lead our MECCA Doncaster store in VIC on a 12 month secondment.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Lead the operations team to create and maintain seamless processes for incoming stock and to ensure the store is always looking beautiful.
- Manage and execute monthly visual merchandising and promotional setups.
- Manage and audit stocktakes.
- Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and by providing regular feedback.
- Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values.
What success looks like in this role:
- Prior experience managing a team and handling large volumes of stock.
- Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development.
- A keen eye for detail, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Genuine care for people, and always striving for the best possible team member experience.
