Role Overview
As a Team Member, you’ll be the friendly face on the floor—welcoming customers, supporting play on our machines, serving snacks & drinks, and helping create a great atmosphere from first visit to last spin.
You’ll follow clear standards and resolve or escalating issues where needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate within our extended venue opening hours, including night shifts and weekends.
- Ensure guest experience is welcoming, supportive and engaging.
- Keep the venue clean, safe and well‑presented, managing busy periods and maintaining standards.
- Provide machine support, helping customers start on gaming machines, troubleshoot basic issues and promote responsible play.
- Follow all health & safety, licensing and safer gambling procedures; confidently engage with customers and challenge where necessary.
- Collaborate across the floor to deliver a consistent, high‑quality experience.
- What We’re Looking For
- Customer‑first attitude with great people skills; friendly, upbeat and helpful.
- Team player energy with clear communication and willingness to learn on shift.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, leisure or a similar environment is helpful but not essential; full training provided.
