We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Flagship Manager to help lead one of our MECCA George Street Flagship in NSW! Along with driving the strategic priorities for the store, you will also lead a high-performing team of Leaders, Service Specialists and Store Hosts to ensure an exceptional and consistent experience for all customers.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • As an Assistant Flagship Manager you’ll work on a full-time basis. This may include shifts across late night and weekend peak trade.
  • Lead by example, deliver and drive exceptional customer experiences while ensuring MECCA’s customer service standards are upheld.

Partnering with the Flagship Manager, Services leadership conferences, training sessions, an online Learning Lab, access to amazing guest speakers including brand founders and business leaders, and once in a life‑time events.
