We are looking for a passionate Floor Manager to help lead our NZ Flagship store in Christchurch on a parental leave cover, full time basis. This new multi-level store will be truly world class! As NZ’s Flagship store, it’ll be the third biggest store in the entire MECCA fleet!
You will be reporting to the Store Manager and responsible for:
- Living and breathing the MECCA values as you lead by example
- Drive success and engagement in the store team, assisting in performance management and upholding the company values
- Ensure smooth and efficient store operations that underpin a seamless customer experience
We look for experienced and passionate leaders who are capable of engaging and motivating a team, driving operational excellence and delivering on sales and KPI expectations. Along with embodying our values and brand, you:
- Enjoy being part of a positive, high energy environment and have a passion for all things beauty whilst consistently take pride in your appearance
- Have a minimum of 12 months of previous experience working in a retail environment
- Genuinely care about people, and always see through the eyes of the customer and team to ensure the best customer and team member experience
- Have an unrelenting pursuit of operational effectiveness with demonstrated back of house experience (highly desired)
- Have exceptional communication and organisational skills
