Salary Range £26436.80 - £28,000 (dependant on experience)
Permanent Contract
40 hours/week - 0545-1415hrs Monday to Friday

The role
You'll ensure as Assembly Operative, the right quantity and quality of work is produced in line with daily programme requirements, using the tools and resources provided to support the company producing industrial alternators. Specifically, this involves:
Careful handling/assembling of components when performing assembly tasks; following quality processes
Ability to read and follow BOMs (Bill of Materials) and drawing specifications
good hand dexterity as some process require intricate processes
Manual handling of components, including safe use of hoist/lifting equipment
Physical requirements for Assembly Operative role
This role is both physically demanding and delicate, requiring sustained hand strength alongside fine motor control, and good hand/wrist/forearm dexterity for repetitive tasks. xiskglj Standing whilst performing assesmbly tasks is involved.
What you'll need as Assembly Operative
Ideally, previous experience in electro-mechancial assembly processes
knowledge of assembly of industrial alternatives desired, but not essential
