We are looking for a tractor driver/general farm worker to join our small team working on our family farm in Lincolnshire. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience on agricultural machinery. We run approximately 1,400 acres of mixed cereals and sugarbeet.
The role would include all aspects of working on a farm including hay making, cultivation, muck spreading, drilling, spraying, harvesting and carting crops to store.
The ideal person would have knowledge on operation of modern farm machinery and be able to work as a team and also on their own initiative at times. Hours will vary seasonally and there may be a requirement to work overtime and weekends during peak seasons.
Telehandler ticket would be preferred however is not essential. Sprayer tickets would also be a bonus. Tractor driving experience is essential so please do not apply if you have no experience on farm machinery.
Full UK drivers licence is also essential.
Wage dependent on experience and age, overtime pay also available.
