We offer beef and lamb products ranging from retail ready cuts for butchersβ counters to branded packaged meat, all as part of our service; raised on open pastures, sourced from local farmers and hand-selected by our master butchers, we produce beef and lamb products with integrity and unmatched quality assurance.
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operator to work in our busy Warehouse in Kepak in Merthyr Tydfil.
Experience of working within a Warehouse environment would be advantageous. Fork truck licence desirable but not essential.
This is a full time position working 6.00am to 6.00pm β 4 on / 4 off with an hourly rate of Β£13.81 per hour.
Please note, the work you will be carrying out will not always be on a Fork Lift β you will be asked to carry out various other duties in and around the Warehouse department.
Requirements
- Ensuring stock is picked in rotation within department
- Ensure stock is fed through to production
- Loading and unloading trailers accurately and safely
- Putting stock away into storage accurately and safely
- Picking orders from a picking document
- moving stock accurately and safely to other departments
- Communicating with team leaders and Supervisors in the department
- Ensuring stock accuracy
