We have exciting opportunities for experienced Butchers & Trimmers to join our team at Pilgrim’s Europe – Spalding site! Successful candidates will be required to work in our Butchery Department – Cutting, trimming & deboning Pork Shoulders and/or Legs. Experience is required and more training will be provided on the job – great opportunity to gain career progression.

- Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent
- Shift: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 06:30 – 16:00 including 2 breaks (45 hours)
- Additional Productivity Bonus!
*In addition to your hourly rate, you may be eligible to receive a discretionary productivity bonus once you’re signed off on minimum required task jobs on bonus lines. Depending on your skill level and performance this can be a significant amount boosting your weekly wage!

- Ensure product is processed according to Customer specifications
- Ensure work is carried out to the best of your abilities to meet production deadlines
- Seek training to maintain skills and remain up to date with best practice
- Work as part of a team and take responsibility for own work
- Comply with Company policies, H&S and Food Safety Standards at all times.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned necessary to meet business needs.
