ABP in Bridge of Allan, Scotland, is currently looking for enthusiastic and experienced Butchers to join our team. If you have what we are looking for, please get in touch.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 6am until job finish.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that the product is boned and trimmed according to customers’/company specifications as directed by the Boning Hall supervisor.
  • Work to the best of your ability to meet production deadlines.
  • Bone out the product to the customer/company standards with maximum yield and minimum waste.
  • Work as part of a team and take responsibility for your work.
  • Ensure that current Hygiene and Health & Safety requirements for personal protective equipment are met.
  • Carry out all procedures in a correct and safe manner as per training.
  • Maintain good hygiene standards.
  • Comply with company policy on all matters concerning health & safety.
  • Comply with company policy on safe food handling and hygiene at all times.
  • Report to the Boning Hall supervisor any problems with equipment or machinery.
  • Any other reasonable duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.
  • Keep up to date with the latest news, products, and special offers.
