Protea Recruitment is thrilled to collaborate with a renowned Food Manufacturer in Scotland’s Central Belt. They are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a background in Meat (preferable), Poultry, or Seafood, experience managing large teams (+100), and experience working with suppliers for major retailers, to join their team.As Senior Production Manager, you will manage all aspects of Production, including Days, Backs and Weekend Teams.
