We have exciting opportunities for Curing Skilled Operators to join our team at Pilgrim’s Europe – Redruth. We are looking for a motivated candidate who will play a vital role in delivering high-quality products while supporting our commitment to excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.

As a Skilled Operator, you will:
- Supply product in line with customer specifications and production procedures.
- Manage your own work and ensure productivity, safety, and quality are consistently maintained.
- Be adaptable and ready to work in a variety of roles depending on business needs.
- Maintain a tidy, safe working environment and contribute to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and execute tasks to meet production schedules, quality, and safety standards.
- Handle raw materials and perform manual tasks efficiently.
- Ensure correct product flow from storage to processing areas, maintaining traceability.
- Record product movements and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support new product introductions and yield optimisation.
- Work within Technical, Health & Safety, Quality, and Food Safety guidelines.
- Suggest and support improvements in processes and procedures.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of food safety, H&S procedures, and quality standards.
- Ability to communicate clearly, work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with equipment, process monitoring, and QAS systems.
- A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
