Job Specification –Production Planner
Reports to:
General Manager
Role Purpose:
The role of the Production Planner is to plan and control the flow of materials, information and resources to meet sales requirements and all deadlines whilst ensuring OTIF service levels are met
Key Accountabilities
• Efficient planning of end-to-end process
• Scheduling chilled and frozen food manufacturing to maximise customer service level
• Resource planning
• Capacity modelling
• Campaign stock build
• Plan attainment analysis
• Forecast analysis and tracking
• Liaising with procurement, production and sales depts
• Reporting / presenting performance metrics

• Finished Goods stock control – fresh and frozen sales
